Assistants & agents

Ready to deploy packs for health and pharmaceutical teams. Each one carries the instructions, the parameters and the knowledge files, with a deployment guide that takes about fifteen minutes. Free, and built against real workflows rather than generic ones.

Assistants

Configured once, then they answer

You paste a set of instructions into Copilot, a GPT, a Gem or a Claude Project, upload the knowledge files, and the assistant is there for your team. No installation, no technical prerequisite. Best for recurring work where the value is a consistent, predictable answer.

Agents

Executed, and they do the work

A procedure that runs in several steps, uses tools and produces files. More powerful, and more demanding: it needs an environment that can execute it. Best for work where the value is the hours saved rather than the answer itself.

Assistants

Downloaded it, and now what?

That question is the normal starting point, and it is the part no file can answer. In every organisation we have worked with, the licences were already there and often the assistants were too. What was missing was knowing which one to build first, and getting people to open it on a Tuesday morning.

Some packs are for clients only

The ones built inside a client engagement carry an access code, which we give to the teams we work with. If you are one of our clients and do not have your code, write to anca@medshakestudio.com.

Why these are free

Because the file is not the value. Every organisation we have worked with already had the licences, and often already had assistants nobody used. What was missing was a reason to open them on a Tuesday morning, instructions that hold across sessions, and someone to keep the whole thing current as the tools change underneath.

Take these, adapt them, deploy them. If you want them built against your own workflows, your data and your compliance constraints, and your teams brought to the point of actually using them, that is the work we sell.
